These terms and conditions apply to all purchases on nordsula.com, operated by Nordsula. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Order and Agreement
When you place an order, we will send an order confirmation via email. The purchase agreement is binding once you have received the order confirmation.
2. Prices and Payment
- Prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) unless otherwise specified
- Any VAT and shipping costs will be shown before you complete the purchase
- We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout

4. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. Use our right of withdrawal form or contact info@nordsula.com within 14 days of receipt. See Returns & Refunds.
5. Complaints and Warranty
The right to complain under the Consumer Sales Act is 3 years. Contact info@nordsula.com. See Warranty Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nordsula is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs, damage caused by improper use of the product, or temporary interruptions on the website.
7. Personal Data
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
8. Disputes
We primarily try to resolve disputes directly with you. You can also contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU's dispute resolution platform.
