14-Day Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. You can use our withdrawal form or email us directly.
How to Return
- Email us at info@nordsula.com within 14 days — state order number and reason
- We will send return instructions to you
- Send the item back in its original condition — preferably in the original packaging
Conditions for Return
- The shoes must be unused (trying them on indoors is fine) and undamaged
- Labels, accessories, and packaging must be included
- Return shipping is paid by you unless otherwise agreed
Refund
- We will process your refund within 14 days from the date we receive the return
- The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase
Defective or Incorrect Items
Is something broken, incorrect, or doesn't match the order? Contact us directly at info@nordsula.com with the order number, description, and images, and we will resolve it.
