Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries to Norway (outside the EU), customs and import duties may apply. These are determined by the customs authority and are paid by the recipient. Within the EU, no such charges apply.
If Something Goes Wrong
- Package not arrived — contact us and we will investigate with the shipping company
- Damage during transit — send photos within 48 hours of receipt
- Something is missing — let us know, and we'll resolve it
