Right of withdrawal – withdraw your agreement
You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days without stating any reason. Here, you can withdraw your agreement quickly and easily – just as easily as you made the purchase.
How the withdrawal period works: The withdrawal period is 14 days and starts from the day you received the item (for multiple items in the same order: the day you received the last item). You do not need to state any reason. This applies according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
